Mo Pod: An Author's Podcast

It's been a long road from the start of this thing oh, so many months ago. But, some of you have actually hung in throughout the whole darn thing! Hopefully this pays off for you!

Winter is finally coming back to the Heartland after a brief appearance and going far far away. Mo's not happy about it. But then again, what is he happy about these days?

Mo is finally back from Christmas vacation. He's not exactly refreshed and he sure as hell hasn't been productive. Find out what's been going on...

Christmas is driving Mo a little bit insane.

Mo hates snow.

Mo finally got his computer and Podcast program crap worked out and braved the first winter day in the warmth and comfort of his office to bring you Chapters 26 AND 27.

Amanda asked to pay a visit to the podcast for part of a class project for college. She and Mo sat around and talked about a literacy project she worked on for her Elementary Ed degree, talked reading and education in general, and Mo caught her off guard and made her a little uncomfortable. Enjoy, won't you?

You know those obnoxious stories that hunters tell about the most amazing deer hunt ever? Well, Mo doesn't tell those. His stories are about embarrassing events and poor decisions that, fortunately, don't involve someone being shot in the foot or anywhere else for that matter.

Someone bought a copy of this book this past week! How freakin' awesome is that? The memory of that mellows Mo out after a talk about music that erodes into him waxing politically for a few minutes. Please, no angry emails about Mo's political affiliations, as much as it would be cool to see an email from a listener at Mopod@live.com.

Mo is not a smart man, as is demonstrated by his decision to taken on yet another writing project. He talks about that as well as hands out some bar wisdom before getting into this week's chapter.

The lawnboy season is ending, but bar season is firing up. There are plays to be rehearsed, and music to be learned, but Mo takes the time to talk about and read this week's chapter.

Mo actually found time this week to record the episode! And at home even!

Mo is back after a two week sabbatical with a brief thank you to Steve Jobs and his thoughts on how to personally go green before reading the next chapter.

Mo is fighting exhaustion, fatigue, and the early stages of a cold so he is pussing out as far as giving you the reading of the next chapter. However, he didn't want to leave you hanging, either (and he seriously thought about it). So after talking about music, theater, and kids using rooms as bathrooms, he reads a short comedy sketch he wrote on the fly last week.
